For a long time, Ámbar and Levi Nelson dreamed of starting a family, one they would care for and love; this was what they wanted most in the world. They wanted lots of babies.
This is why they were overjoyed when they had their first daughter. When they had their second daughter, they were just as proud as the first time. But after much thought, they came to the conclusion that they wanted more children. At least a few more. But things weren’t going to go as they expected.
Without using any fertility treatments or anything like that, this little family of four was in for a big surprise when they learned that Ámbar was pregnant again. But just when they thought they were having another child, the doctors informed them that they weren’t having one child, but three. THEY’RE EXPECTING TRIPLETS!
And just when they thought this couldn’t get any better; that this news couldn’t shock them any more; they were all shocked to realize that all three tiny babies had one thing in common.
They were going to have a lot of work to do and would need help; but luckily, a friend of theirs came up with the idea of opening a GoFundMe account to help pay the medical bills. Although Ámbar and Levi were going to do everything on their own without staying or asking for outside help, they were very grateful to their friend for helping them in this way.
The chances of having triplets naturally are very low. The girls were born by cesarean section and each weighed 1.800 kg. Although they were very light, they were born healthy and happy.
However, Ámbar found herself fighting for her life. She actually died in the operating room, but they were able to resuscitate her with the help of a blood transfusion. She continued fighting for her life because she couldn’t leave her family alone. She is currently in good health.
After the shock of the birth passed, they noticed something strange: the triplets were exactly alike; they were identical triplets. The odds of something like this happening are 1 in 200 million.
