Boil apple with rosemary and you will be very surprised with the result.

Have you ever heard that eating an apple a day will keep you away from doctors?  We don’t think this is an exaggeration, but rather something that means a lot , especially after learning all the benefits of this fruit.

Delicious apple and rosemary drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dried rosemary or a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  • 300 ml of water

Preparation:

  • First wash the apple, then cut it into squares and remove the seeds.
  • In the case of fresh rosemary, you should also wash it.
  • Then place the apple in a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, add the rosemary, lower the heat and cover the pot, letting it boil for about 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  • Let it cool with the pot still covered.
  • When the tea has reached a comfortable temperature, strain the mixture and serve. If you wish to sweeten it, ideally use honey. Remember that white sugar tends to counteract the medicinal properties of plants.

This drink has a rich flavor, well worth trying. Keep in mind that the sweeter the apple, the more enjoyable the drink will be.

Drink it at any time. It’s also recommended to drink it at night before bed, as rosemary has benefits that help you rest better.
